The Daily Trust property and crime editor, Mr. Terkula Igidi, has lost his mother.
The matriarch of the Igidi Ikima family, Mama Salome Mbazendan Igidi, died at the age of 74.
A statement signed by the family said she died on October 6, 2021 two weeks after she came down with partial stroke.
She was born on January 18, 1947 in Mbakambe, Mbabai, Mbayongo in Vandeikya Local Government Area of Benue State to the family of Gbanger Yiye.
“Until her death, she was a devout Christian with the Universal Reformed Christian Church (URCC) popularly known as NKST.
“She left behind 10 children, 37 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
“She will be buried on October 30, 2021 in Mbanyadura, Mbaur, Mbagbera, Vandeikya Local Government, Benue State,” the statement said.
