The Features Editor of Daily Trust Newspaper, Tadaferua Ujorha, has been nominated for the 2017 Nigeria Media Merit Award, NMMA, holding tomorrow, December 13 in Lagos.

Tadaferua won the newly introduced Special prize for Agriculture and Food Security at the 2017 Wole Soyinka Award for Investigative Reporting held on the World Anti-Corruption day, Saturday, 9 December 2017, at the NECA House, Alausa, Lagos.
Daily Trust Newspaper, a publication of Media Trust Limited (which is also the publisher of Aminiya, Kilimanjaro, Teen Trust and Trust Sport) emerged winner of the 2016 Nigeria Media Merit Awards (NMMA).
This was even as the Newspaper’s Editor, Nasir Lawal Abubakar emerged winner of the Editor of the year category.
