The man, who was said to have earlier rushed his colleague to hospital in the area in an unconscious state, after the latter ran into a moving vehicle, was himself taken to the Kubwa General Hospital after facing similar mishap while on his motor bike.
City News learnt that the unconscious cyclist was referred to the Kubwa General Hospital, where he met with his colleague, whom he had earlier taken to a hospital himself.
“The man was said to have expressed disbelief on seeing his injured colleague, two days after he had taken him to a different hospital,” the source said.
When contacted, the Head, Accident and Emergency unit of Kubwa General Hospital, Paul Olise, said the man who was brought to the hospital in an unconscious state, was responding to treatment, while the other had been discharged.
