Men of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Niger/Kogi Area Command, have seized 57 exotic cars being smuggled from Benin Republic to Nigeria through the Babanna border in Niger State.
One of the vehicles seized carries the plate number of the ECOWAS Youth Council: EYC AMB-90.

The Controller of the command, Busayo Kadejo, in Minna, Niger State, said seven smugglers were also arrested during the operation.
He said the command had also in the last 60 days of his assumption of office seized 21 bales of second hand clothes, 90 bags of fertiliser, 116 kegs petrol and 36 bags of foreign rice with a cumulative Duty Paid Value (DPV) of N238, 402, 916.00m.
