Kaduna Federal Operations Unit Zone B Customs Comptroller, Albashir Hamisu, said the zone had intercepted goods worth total duty paid value (DPV) of N121,459,002.20 in the last three weeks.
The comptroller, while displaying the goods before newsmen yesterday, said the seizures were made across the different locations within the zone.

Among the contrabands seized were 393,900 capsules of unregistered pharmaceuticals; 1,840 packs of foreign cigarettes and 615 bags of foreign parboiled rice, among others.
The comptroller also used the opportunity to hand over 500 cartons of unregistered pharmaceutical products to NAFDAC in the state.
