Customs intercepts truck with vandalised rail facilities

The Nigeria Customs Service, Niger/Kogi Area Command, has intercepted a Mitsubishi truck loaded with rail parts believed to have been vanadalised on the Minna-Bida line.

 The Area Controller, Niger and Kogi Area Command, B. O. Kadejo, made this known while handing over the seized vehicle to the Niger State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps.

He explained that upon sighting the surveillance patrol team of the customs, the suspected vandals abandoned the truck and fled.
