Cross-River Deputy Governor, Mr Efiok Cobham has been stranded at Government Secondary School in Creek Town area of Odukpani LGA of Cross River State , as he could not be accredited this morning due to the malfunctioning of the INEC card reader.
He has been waiting since morning. The collation officers are reported to have taken the card reader machines to far away Odukpani headquarters for repairs.

The rest of the electorate including the unregistered youths have become restive at Creek Town unit one, putting the entire exercise and structures at risk. Security agencies have been informed of the incident to intervene before the situation goes out of control.
