He said this in Abuja during a press briefing on the preparedness for a safe orientation exercise.

Ibrahim, represented by spokesperson of the NYSC, Adenike Adeyemi, said all camps had been provided with adequate Rapid Diagnostic Test kits recommended for registration process.
He said the kit was preferable as it releases the outcome of the COVID-19 test within 15 minutes hence whoever tested positive would be taken out of the camp premises by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control officials to isolation centres for treatment.
Ibrahim said prospective corps members tested positive were neither allowed into the camp nor allowed to register for orientation exercise.
He said the camps had been fumigated and two-meter bed spacing maintained.
He said no prospective corps member was allowed to present a COVID-19 result while arriving at the camp, but submit to a test at the registration camp.
Ibrahim said all camp officials, visitors, business vendors were also subjected to testing before going into the camp for any activity.
