Court to decide on Nigercem ownership Oct 7

The matter was taken to the court by Ibeto Groups of Company following the revocation of certificate of ownership of the land where the company is located by the Ebonyi State government.
Eastern Bulkcem was in 2001, assumed the core investor after it bought the major shares of the company but it later sold her rights to Ibeto Groups of Company.
Ebonyi State government alleged that Eastern Bulkcem is incapable of revitalizing the company.
