A high court sitting in Okada, Ovia North-East LGA of Edo State, has restrained members of a land allocation committee from parading themselves as the representatives of Obazuwa dukedom.
The court, presided by Justice A. T. Momodu, restrained Messrs Roland Oyenwense, Elder Sunday Ogbeide, Nosakhare Ohenhen, Nosakhare Idahosa and four other persons.

The Enogie of Obazuwa dukedom, Prince Edun Akenzua, had filed an exparte motion before the court seeking to stop the defendants from parading themselves as land committee members of the community.
The judge adjourned the case to January 10, 2022.
