A Magistrate Court in Osogbo, Osun State has remanded three persons, Alawe Olalakan, Ganiyu Idris, and Raji Hammed for allegedly kidnapping one Olajide Waidi.
The police prosecutor, Temitope Fatoba, told the court that the accused persons kidnapped Olajide and took him to an unknown destination.

He said the accused persons committed the offence on January 11, 2020, at about 5:00 pm at Testing Ground Area, Osogbo.
Fatoba explained that the offence contravened Sections 516 and 364 (2) of the Criminal code, CAP 34 vol 11 law of Osun state, 2002.
The accused persons pleaded not guilty to the allegations preferred against them and their counsel, K. I. Bowola prayed the court to grant them bail.
Magistrate Isola Omishade remanded the accused persons in the correctional centre and adjourned the case till February 11, 2021.
