Justice Rahman Oshodi of an Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court has remanded a man, Onyeka Mbaka, in prison for allegedly defiling a 15-year-old girl.
Earlier, after the defendant pleaded not guilty after the state counsel, Ms Bukola Okeowo, read out the charge against, Ms Okeowo prayed the court to remand him.

Okeowo told the court that the prosecution intended to call three witnesses to prove the charge against the defendant who she alleged committed the offence sometime in March, 2023, at No 16, Moshalashi Street, Ilasa, Lagos.
Justice Rahman Oshodi adjourned the case to March 22.
