Earlier, the prosecuting counsel, Insp Femi Oluwadare, told the court that the defendants and others at large caused the death of one Eniola Ismail (16) by beating her with fists on July 29, at about 4pm in the Iseyin area of the state.

He said, “The defendants fought with the victim on July 29, in school after which she went home. Getting home, she complained of body pains and died later.”

Oluwadare noted that the offences were contrary to Sections 316, 319 and 324 of the Criminal Code Laws of Oyo State 2000. (NAN)
