A Federal High Court in Abuja has fixed December 4 for hearing in the application by a member of the House of Representative from Zamfara State, Sani Umar Dan-Galadima, surety to Faisal, son of a former chairman of the Presidential Pension Reform Task Team, Abdulrasheed Maina in alleged N2bn pension funds fraud.
Justice Okon Abang ruled that the surety appeared in court after hearing the news of his summons and without being served with the summons, which he considered to be a great respect to the court.
