A couple, Mr and Mrs Peter, were on Thursday arraigned before an area court in Gwagwalada in the FCT for destroying their neighbour’s iron door.
The police charged the couple who live in Rehoboth Estate, Gwagwalada, with criminal conspiracy, trespass and mischief.

The prosecutor, Abdullahi Tanko, told the court that the complainant, Miss S Alkali, of same address, reported the matter at the Gwagwalada Police Division on August 2, that the couple trespassed into her apartment and destroyed her iron door and window.
The first defendant, Peter (38), pleaded not guilty to the charges, but the wife, Faith Uyi (37), was not in court to take her plea with the excuse that she took their child to the hospital.
The Judge, Sani Umar, admitted the first defendant to bail in the sum of N300,000 with one reasonable surety in like sum and adjourned to October 12. (NAN)
