The management of Asokoro District Hospital would soon begin disposal of 34 unclaimed corpses.
The corpses included that of a 2014 Nyanya bomb blast victim.
The hospital said interested persons are advised to visit the hospital’s morgue for possible identification.
Of the 34 unclaimed corpses, 21 were deposited in 2016, 11 in 2015 and two in 2014 respectively.
In a publication signed by the management and released on Thursday, police officers from different divisions deposited 22 corpses.
Also four corpses were deposited by joint officers from National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) and Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDS), while an officer of the NSCDS also deposited one in 2016.
“Notice is hereby given that seven days from the date of this publication, this hospital will commence the evacuation of the underlisted unknown/unclaimed corpses,” the publication read.
