Distribution of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) materials has come to a standstill at Ezinihitte collection centre Mbieri Mbaitoli local government area over incomplete materials.
Materials seen include 25 booklets for Presidential election, 65 for the senate and 65 for House of Representatives.
One card reader that was not formatted was also supplied.
Voters in Achi Mbieri, home town of Imo Deputy Governor Prince Eze Madumere and the entire Mbieri area stranded. Voting materials had not arrived as at 10.12am when the Deputy Governor arrived at the polling unit.
