A communications company, Micromanna, has sponsored 40 students from some schools across Kaduna on python programming and product design, aimed at enhancing their ICT knowledge.
The beneficiaries were drawn from Faith Academy Maraban Rido, Danbo International College, Zamani College, Essence International School, Coach Felix Academics and Sports Foundation among others.
According to the MD/CEO of the company, Chima Nnaedozie, the gesture is part of the company’s corporate social responsibility, adding that Micromanna in collaboration with University of Lagos, sponsored the students for a four-week intensive training on python programming and product design (UI/UX).
He said after the training, which ordinarily costs N180,000, five best graduating students would be offered job placements.
