The Director of Strategy Management Department of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Clement Oluwaranti Buari has received commendation from the apex bank upon completion of 35 years of meritorious service.
The Director who retired on the 4th of March, received a letter of Commendation from the CBN Governor, Olayemi Cardoso for providing leadership during the development of the CBN strategy 2024 to 2028.
Recall that Daily Trust had erroneously listed Mr Buari among the list of Directors affected by the latest retrenchment by the apex bank.
In his was, Cardoso said: “ Your leadership during the recent project, your ability to rally the team, streamline processes in meeting the tight deadline was truly commendable.”

Buari also received a long service award from the CBN human resource department, haven attained 35 years of service with the apex bank on May 4th.
