Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has called on Africans to come together and build a greater and more prosperous continent.

Obasanjo made this disclosure in Kinshasa, the Democratic Republic of Congo on Monday when he led two Nigerian governors, four industrialists and security and energy experts among others on an investment drive to the Central African country, with the request from President Felix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo.

In a statement made available to newsmen in Abeokuta, Ogun State, by his Special Assistant on Media, Kehinde Akinyemi, Obasanjo emphasised the need for Africans to come together for the greater prospects of the continent irrespective of their countries.
