CJN commends Law School at 50

The commendation came recently when members of the Council of Legal Education (CLE) led by its chairman, O. C. J. Okocha SAN, visited the CJN at the Supreme Court, Abuja.
Okocha who informed the CJN about the series of activities lined up for the anniversary celebrations, said that 50 years was no mean feat as the NLS has made remarkable achievements.
He said that there would be series of lectures and other activities in various campuses of the NLS which would culminate with a law dinner on November 27, 2013.
Responding, the CJN said that she was happy that the NLS has plans for its golden jubilee, adding that the school would not be complete without its alumni.
The CJN said that she attended the school 20 years after its inception, adding, “it seemed like yesterday that I attended the NLS.”
