The incoming executive of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Staff Cooperative Investments and Thrift Society, Kaduna State command has assured members that it will meet their welfare needs.
The newly elected executives further assured that by the end of their tenure, they would take the cooperative society a step higher than they inherited it.

Speaking shortly after taking oath of office, the newly elected chairman, ASC Haruna Sunday said: “We shall put in all our ideas and potentials to ensure that we improve the standard of living of all members of the cooperative.”
Others elected to lead the cooperative for the next two years include Emmanuel Adegbe as Vice Chairman; Waje Barnabas as Secretary-General; Amos Dauda as Assistant Secretary; Haruna Ese as Treasurer; and Caleb Bakano as Financial Secretary.
Others are Rahila Joshua as PRO; Danjuma Saidu as Chief Whip; Titus Hassan as Internal Auditor and Abdulganiyu Okino as Legal Adviser.
Speaking earlier, the state commandant who doubles as patron of the cooperative, Nuraddeen Abdullahi, urged the exco to consider their election as proof of confidence and warned them not to disappoint those who put their trust in them. He tasked them on honesty, justice, transparency and accountability in their affairs.
