Church reaches out to Jos crisis victims

The General Pastor and Overseer of the ministry with headquarters in Lagos, Lazarus Imoka, who was represented by the National Pastor, Victor Madaoko, handed over the terms to the Plateau State headquarters of the ministry, under Pastor Bethel Ogbunaya, 326 bags of rice, 500 tubers of yams, palm oil and bundles of textile materials and used clothes.

According to the general pastor, the ministry in general was very concerned about the plight of the victims and had not stopped praying for them.

He also called on people in the state to be their brothers’ keeper and live peacefully with one another and allow the state to live up to its name as the home of peace and tourism which was a home for all Nigerians regardless of any affiliations.

While speaking on the mode of distributing the items, he said the church, with over 30 branches in Plateau, would contact the representatives of the victims to be at the church to receive the items.

Pastor Ogbunaya expressed delight over the fact that the General Pastor, The Lord’s Chosen Revival Ministry, Pastor Lazarus Imoka, could remember Plateau State in this trying moment.
