CHI Limited, a leading fruit juice, dairy and snacks manufacturer has urged Nigerians to start the year the right way.
In a statement on its business outlook, the company said last year had Nigerians tackling the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, noting that this presents a fresh opportunity to do better, especially on healthy living.
“Starting right involves goal setting and planning. Goals such as taking the right amount of fruits and vegetables, staying fit and healthy with a workout routine, ensuring spending is within budget, always having something for the rainy day, etc.
“CHI Limited charged Nigerians to prioritise their health and wellness by taking more pro-active steps in what they consume, adding that individuals owe it to themselves to live a healthy lifestyle,” the firm stated.
Also commenting, the company’s Marketing Director, Toyin Nnodi, said: “Nigerians should take stock of the year that is outgone, especially the challenges it presented and the lessons it offered, with a view to exploring the opportunities the New Year would bring in different areas of life.
