Cesc Fabregas has admitted he would be keen to return to Arsenal in the future, after taking part in a Q&A on Twitter.

The Chelsea star left the Gunners in 2011 after eight years of service for the north London outfit to return to his boyhood team Barcelona and Arsene Wenger rejected the opportunity to sign him once he left the Nou Camp in 2014.

Instead, he controversially joined Arsenal’s rivals Chelsea, winning the Premier League with the Blues on two occasions since.

However, Fabregas has now opened the door to a potential return to Arsenal. But in a different role.

When asked on Twitter whether he would return to Arsenal as a coach in the future, he replied: ‘Of course.’

The 30-year-old still has some years left in him on the pitch though.
