Centre, lawmaker provide medical outreach in Kano

The Kano Independent Research Centre Trust (KIRCT) in partnership with the member-elect, Tarauni Federal Constituency in Kano, Mukhtar Umar Yarima, has held a one day medical outreach to thousands of constituents in the 10 wards of the LGA.

The outreach, held on Saturday at kashu, Unguwa Uku area, is aimed at reaching out to less privileged members of the communities in the area of healthcare service delivery.

Speaking, the Director General, KIRCT, Professor Hamisu Salihu, said the initiative, which was sponsored by the lawmaker, was the first of its kind and would be sustained to help the needy.
