Centenary City launches first community ‘The Grove’

The Developers of the Nigerian Centenary City has announced the launch of its first co-development area ‘The Grove’ on September 11 in Abuja. 
 
The Head of Communication of Centenary City PLC, Ahmad Al-Amin, said the new community will afford Nigerians a lifestyle seen elsewhere in the world with shopping and tourism sites.
 
The project, which is being developed between Front Range Developers of the UAE and the Centenary City PLC, sits on an area of 91, 000 square meters and will have 236 units comprising 5 bedroom terrace houses.
 
“The Project will feature a stylish and contemporary design as well as landscape gardens and club house with a gymnasium and swimming pool,” the statement reads.
 
“It offers direct access to Kuje Road and within the close proximity to Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and Downtown Centenary City proper where residents will have access to the retail, food and beverage and entertainment options at the Nigerian mall to explore. The project will be a prized investment for those seeking a premium residential lifestyle experience in a dynamic, multicultural community.”
The statement quotes the Executive Director of Front Range Properties UAE, Jaimal Shergill as saying that the project is taking off after “thorough due diligence process.”
 
Also, the MD of Centenary City PLC, Dr Odenigwe Michael Jnr expressed appreciation to the strategic partners and the Federal Government for their support for the project.
