Perpetrators of heinous attacks claiming lives and property in Southern Kaduna have been warned to desist from the unwholesome acts or be dealt with.
The Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Lucky Irabor, gave the warning on Thursday during a peace parley with stakeholders involved in the Southern Kaduna crisis held in Kafanchan.

General Irabor who assured that the presence of security operatives would be improved in Southern Kaduna also said that equipment would be increased to effectively face the lingering security challenge.
He, however, advised communities in the area to come up with joint committees to discuss issues relating to the crisis with a view to coming up with enduring solutions.
In his speech, Mr Samuel Aruwan, the Kaduna State Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, said the state government had directed the Commissioner, Kafanchan Municipal Authority to set up a committee regarding the security issues to promote peace.
Aruwan, who represented Governor Nasir Ahmed El-Rufai, also said the state government was determined to guarantee peace in the area.
