The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) yesterday sensitized traders and farmers in Kebbi State on business and financial opportunities.
The CBN Controller in the state, Nana Asmau Baba, who was represented by Adamu Muhammad, urged the public to take advantage of the various initiatives introduced by the apex bank to improve and advance their financial and economic activities.
The leader of the team, Aliyu Katuka Mairiga, acknowledged the role the state was playing in the production of rice.
He said the objective of the CBN initiatives was to sensitise people on how to take advantage of opportunities available and boost small scale businesses.
