Jamilu Yusuf, a resident of Dilimi Street of Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State is appealing to good Samaritans to help him finance  treatment for cancer he has been battling with.

According to the patient, he has been battling with the problem for over five years and had made several efforts to see how he could meet up with the medical expenses but couldn’t make it.

Jamilu, who is currently at home, was admitted to Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH) for the treatment but left the hospital because he was financially handicapped.

He said, “I have been battling with the illness for over five years and I am soliciting for financial assistance from spirited individuals or corporate bodies and groups. The treatment has exhausted all my resources.

“I was admitted in JUTH but had to return home because I could not raise the money I was asked to pay for a particular treatment,” he added.
