CAN probes inclusion of officials in APC presidential campaign list

President, Christian Association of Nigeria, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, on Thursday said his attention had been drawn to the revised list of the revised list of members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign council wherein the names of some outgoing CAN officials were featured.

Okoh, in a statement, said CAN would investigate the matter after which fair, decisive and appropriate action would be taken.

“I want to categorically exonerate my humble self from this development and any of such that may occur in the future. I want to use this medium to assure all Christians in Nigeria and the general public that since I received the news, I’ve commenced full investigation into how the officials got involved into overt partisanship,” Okoh said.
