CAN advises youths to shun cultism

The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Osun State has advised youths to shun drug abuse and secret societies.

The CAN Chairman in the state, Rev Dr John Adegboyega Adeleke Adeleke, lamented that many youths in Nigeria had jeopardised their future as a result of involvement in cultism and drugs.

 He commended the police for tackling insecurity in the state, especially with the recent arrest of many notorious cultists.

 Rev Adeleke gave the advice and made the commendation when Christian leaders in the state paid a courtesy visit to the Commissioner of Police (CP) in the state, Patrick Kehinde Longe.
