The governor of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Soludo, is reportedly planning a cabinet reshuffle that may lead to the sacking of most of his commissioners, principal officers, and managing directors of various parastatals and agencies.
Sources close to the governor, who asked not to be named, revealed that Soludo is eager to inject fresh blood into his administration after two years in office. The shake-up is reportedly aimed at removing long-standing officials who have failed to deliver on expectations.
During the recent celebration of his two years in office, Governor Soludo emphasized his commitment to transparency and development, stating that his administration is focused on delivering tangible results for the people of Anambra State.
The planned reshuffle comes amid concerns over the performance of some officials and a desire to revitalize the administration with new ideas and energy.
