‘Businesses must improve CSR to stay afloat’

A Senior Adviser, Government Relations at Honeywell Group Limited (HGL), Mrs Oluwayemisi Busari, has urged businesses to improve on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and look beyond making money to remain afloat in difficult times.

In an interview with Daily Trust, she said: “We are all in business to make a profit. However, in making a profit, you must also give back and those are parts of the policies that you need to put in place.

“We, as an organisation, take our people seriously; we are purpose-driven. We have objectives and we are very particular about our performance.
