Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State has sworn in two commissioners, the state head of service, four permanent secretaries, and 28 special advisers to enhance governance in the state.
The newly appointed commissioners include Prof. Abba Idris and Alh. Mohammed Mohammed Bara.
Addressing Hamidu M. Alhaji, the new Head of Service, Governor Buni emphasized the need to cultivate an efficient workforce through training and merit-based promotions.
He urged the Special Advisers to engage their constituencies effectively, ensuring grassroots participation in governance.
