Governors on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) have said the Chairman of the party’s Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC), Governor Mai Mala Buni, has brought inclusiveness in the life of the party.
The governors in a message on the occasion of Buni’s 54th birthday anniversary yesterday through the Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum (PGF) and Kebbi State Governor, Atiku Bagudu, described Buni as the shinning light in the Nigerian politics.

“As we rejoice with, HE Mai Mala Buni, we also reaffirmed our collective commitment to implement programmes that would strengthen the capacities of our progressive states to create jobs, stimulate economic activity, reduce inequality and diminish poverty in Nigeria,” Bagudu said.
The Buni led caretaker committee was inaugurated in June, 2020, and mandated to among other things organise a national convention following the dissolution of the Adams Oshiomhole led National Working Committee (NWC), over alleged abuse of office.
