Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, President Muhammadu Buhari has won in 14 of the 23 local governments in Kaduna State.
The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar won in nine local governments.
Atiku won in seven of the eight local governments in the Southern Senatorial Zone of the state and in two local governments in the Central Senatorial Zone.
The APC presidential candidate however won the eight local governments in the northern zone and and five out of the seven in the central zone and one in the southern zone.
The results for the presidential elections in Kaduna State were announced by the Chief Collation Officer in the state, Prof. Shehu Bello.
