President Muhammadu Buhari will on Friday unveil the manifesto of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Buhari is the chairman of the over 422-member APC Presidential Campaign Council for the 2023 elections.

The APC has failed to kick-off its presidential campaign due to internal crisis, weeks after the Independent National Electoral Commission lifted the ban on public campaign by political parties and their candidates.
Sources at the APC National Secretariat last night said Buhari was also expected to inaugurate the APC Presidential Campaign Council same day at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Tinubu had presented his manifesto to governors who are members of the party as well as the APC National Working Committee and Campaign Council last week when a committee was set up to fine-tune his policy document to the understanding of the ordinary man on the street.
