President Muhammadu Buhari is currently meeting with the national leader of the All Progressives Congress, Ahmad Bola Tinubu.
The closed-door meeting is being held inside the new Banquet Hall of the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Abuja.
This is Tinubu’s first visit to the Villa since Buhari returned from his medical trip on August 19.
Tinubu arrived for the meeting at exactly 3:30pm; five minutes after Senate President Bukola Saraki, House of Representatives Speaker Yakubu Dogara and APC National Chairman John Odigie-Oyegun departed the Villa after meeting with the president.
This is ahead of tonight’s meeting of the national caucus of the ruling party scheduled for 8:30pm at the State House in Abuja
