The incumbent President, Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress, APC has won 10 more local government areas in Kano state.
With this development, Buhari has so far won 21 out of the 44 local government areas of Kano state.
In Tudun-Wada local government Buhari got 33,865 votes, while Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party,PDP scored 10,907 votes.
In Tsanyawa local government, Buhari polled 23,823, while Atiku got 5,359 votes.
The incumbent president won 34,609 votes in Sumaila local government while Atiku scored 4,904 votes.
President Buhari scored 33,581 votes in Gwarzo local government leaving Atiku behind with 10,682 votes.
Buhari also polled 18,085 votes in Karaye local government while Atiku got 11,028 votes.
In Rano local government, president Buhari of the APC scored 23,855 votes, while Atiku got 7,055 votes.
Also in Ajingi local government polled 21,458 votes, while Atiku scored 5,267 votes.
Buhari got 29,954 votes in Gezawa local government defeating Atiku who polled 8,246 votes.
In Gwale local government, president Buhari scored 30,834 votes, while Atiku got 12,083 votes.
President Buhari polled 26,023 votes in Bebeji local government defeating Atiku who got 8,190 votes.
