President Muhammadu Buhari has revalidated his APC membership status earlier today at his Sarkin Yara polling unit in Daura, Katsina State.
The President was accompanied by some APC governors, the Senate President and the party national leaders.

Recall the president on Friday arrived Daura, his hometown, at the start of a four-day official visit.
According to a statement by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, Friday, during his stay there, the president was expected to participate in the All Progressives congress, APC, membership registration and validation exercise, among other engagements.
The statement added that the president considered the exercise vital for the nation’s democracy and its yearnings for good governance.
On his arrival on Friday, the president was welcomed at the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua International Airport, Katsina, by Governor Aminu Bello Masari, he state Speaker House of Assembly, among others.
