President Muhammadu Buhari is currently holding a meeting with the former National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Oshiomhole, dressed in his traditional khaki suit, was accompanied to the President’s office, by the Chief of Staff, Professor Ibrahim Gambari.

This is the first time he will be visiting the President after the APC National Working Committee (NWC) which he led was dissolved on June 25, 2020 by the National Executive Committee (NEC), following protracted leadership crisis rocking the ruling party.
The agenda of his meeting is not known.
But Daily Trust learnt that the coming September 19 governorship election in Edo State may the key reason for the meeting.
