The newly appointed Nigerian Ambassador to Jordan, Faruk Malami Yabo has assured that President Muhammadu Buhari was working assiduously to fix Nigeria’s problems.
Speaking in his hometown of Yabo after revalidating his APC membership card on Sunday, he said that, the president had inherited accumulated problems which would take time to be addressed.

“You know destruction happens spontaneously but reconstruction happens gradually.
“When this government came on board, there were many challenges including insurgency and other forms of crimes; corruption was at the highest level and our economy was at the state of comma.
“But we have now seen a drastic reduction in insurgency and corruption while the government is working tirelessly to address other challenges,” he reiterated.
He appealed to Nigerians to continue to support and pray for the government, assuring that the new approach taken by the federal government would bring our security situation to an end.
He however, commended President Muhammadu Buhari for the infrastructural developments across the country and the social investment programme which has been empowering many Nigerians.
Yabo however, urged members of the party to maintain sanity and decency.
He dismissed the insinuation making the round that, he was appointed Ambassador to bar him from aspiring for the governorship under the party in 2023.
On what the country should expect from him in Jordan, he said he would work towards sustaining and improving on the existing relationship between the two countries.
