Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo has said that the federal government was aware of the serious hardships being faced by Nigerians in recent times.
Osinbajo, who was responding to complaints lodged to him by Sabon-Gari community, when he visited Kano for project commissioning on Saturday, assured that government would soon address all the problems facing Nigerians.
The "federal government knows all the problems affecting the lives of Nigerians and it will soon solve them all. We have identified the problems and we will address them," Osinbajo assured.
Prof. Osinbajo said the federal government was ready to do everything it can for Kano, as according to him it is an important state to the federal government.
"My door is always open for Kano. Kano deserves everything from the FG," he assured.
Earlier, thousands of people that welcomed the VP at Sabon-Gari area, called on him to address the problems of fuel scarcity and power outage in the country.
The crowd who lined up along court road chanted "we need fuel!” We need electricity in the country! We are suffering."
Prof. Osinbajo who also visited victims of Sanon-Gari fire outbreak, commiserated with them over the recent fire incident.
