Buhari hosts Jonathan at Aso Rock

President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday held a closed door meeting with his predecessor, Dr Goodluck Jonathan, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The motive behind the visit of the former president who came around 4pm was not known as he did not speak to journalists after the meeting.

However, Jonathan, as ECOWAS special envoy to Mali, had been holding regular meetings with President Buhari on the crisis ridden West African country.
