President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday felicitated with Ambassador Zakary Ibrahim, his schoolmate at Katsina Government College and former Director-General, National Intelligence Agency, on his 80th birthday.
Buhari in a statement by his spokesman, Garba Shehu, lauded Ibrahim’s enduring and dedicated service to his community and Nigeria as Talban Katsina, former Deputy National Security Adviser and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.

He said Ibrahim’s leadership, sense of duty and track record as a public servant in important institutions in the country were worthy examples for Nigerians in public offices to emulate.
