President Buhari has conveyed his sympathy to Senator Sani Mohammed Musa and his family members on the passing of their father, Alhaji Musa Tanko Bawa (Iyan Minna).
It was reported that the late Alhaji Bawa passed on in Abuja at the age of 87.

A statement by a presidential spokesman, Garba Shehu, said the president states that “Iyan Minna was a committed civil servant who exhibited the values of discipline, integrity and devotion wherever he found himself, he will surely be missed.”
The president hopes that the children and family members can find comfort in the life of service and integrity which the late Alhaji lived and continue to uphold his memory by continuing the good works he left behind.
He prays that Allah in his infinite mercy would forgive him all his sins and reward him with Ajannah.
