Budget: Buhari arrives amidst cheers, jeers by APC, PDP lawmakers

Senators and members of the House of Representatives of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) on Wednesday cheered and hailed President Muhammadu Buhari as he arrived the chamber of the House to present the 2019 budget.

However, their Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) counterparts jeered the president.

The APC lawmakers shouted “Sai, Baba, Sai Baba,” while their PDP colleagues said “no, no.”
