The popular Nguru central market in Nguru Local Government Area of Yobe State is currently on fire.
Abubakar Ibn Usman, a witness, said the inferno started about three hours ago and it is still ravaging the second-hand clothes section of the market.

He said already shops and stalls containing goods worth millions of naira have been destroyed in the inferno.
