Okpebholo clinches LG, trumps Ighodalo

The All Progressives Congress governorship candidate in Edo State, Monday Okpebholo, has won in his Esan Central Local Government Area.

Okpebholo polled 10,990 to defeat his Peoples Democratic Party counterpart, Asue Ighodalo, who got 8,618.

However, the PDP rejected the result. The PDP agent, Osaigbovi, said the party was rejecting party the result due to irregularities.
